I was bored, and procrastinating (heh) and so I decided to try out that multi-colored bar personality test I've seen some people take. I think these things are interesting; what they really tend to portray is how you see yourself, at least to an extent. There's an interesting personality test that we were giving out at work to potential hires for a while, which had two sides - on one you picked the adjectives that you thought described you. On the other side, you picked the adjectives that you thought other people would use to describe you. It's supposed to be ridiculously accurate, at least compared to the "average" 10 minute personality test. Of course, like all similar tests, there's a large margin of error and if you have some idea of how it works you can game it, but nothing's perfect.

Anyways, without further ado, my results. I'd argue that the last three are a little low, and the first a little high (but only a little), but overall I can't really argue much with it. The one phrasing that disturbs me is "You can be very easily upset, even by what most people consider the normal demands of living." It's an interesting way of putting it, but I can't really agree - I think I'm actually very even-tempered about most things, most of the time, with a few glaring exceptions. A few certain things set me off like few people can understand, but most things don't bother me much, if at all.

Anyhoo, my son's soccer game starts at 8 am (*whimper*) tomorrow morning - nothing like the feeling of sleeping in until 6:30 am on a Saturday!

Heh, I ran my interests through the collageatizer, and this is what I got (nsfw):

It seems heavily slanted in favor of naked women. I know I could keep clicking until I got different images, but I'm too lazy to really do that. (I started to but decided it wasn't worth it, and there's something amusing about the interpretations I got.) One thing it did point out to me, though, was that I desperately need to update my interests - I don't think I've changed them for something like 3 or 4 years and they were probably a bit dated even then.
